Exit Livorno- Rosignano Solvay: 

Take the clearway S.S.1 towards Rome, 
exit Follonica Nord; drive osn the Aurelia for about 3,300 km, on your right you will find the sign to Follonica. 
Get onto the avenue and when you get the round crossroads turn the first right till the railway station and there turn right; after about 100 mt. 
Turn right again and get onto the avenue. 
Drive on for about 500 mt. And when you get a supermarket "Conad" and a chemist's on your left, 
you'll find Via dei Pini, a little avenue, just opposite. 
At nr. 9 There is the flat.
